• Deep Tissue Massage - Utilizes slow strokes, direct pressure applied across the grain of the muscles with the fingers, thumbs, or elbows.  Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful or stiff "trouble spots."Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia
• Hot Stone Massage  - A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. Uses smooth, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body to relieve tension and to promote relaxation.
• Sport Massage - Sports massage can be preventative and therapeutic for athletes or those in training. It can help improve flexibility, range of motion, and performance.Sports massage involves a wide range of techniques that include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing. A sports massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas.
•  Aroma Stress Relief Massage - The multi-sensory massage experience with an aromatic custom-blend massage oil. This custom massage includes combination of hot stone, deep tissue and variety of massage techniques. A hot stone massage along the neck, shoulder and back is included for deeper relaxation and stress relief. it offers pain relief, and the aroma's mental stimulation provides clients with the ultimate massage session..
• Thai Combination Massage - Uses Thai gentle stretches techniques combined with  either Swedish or Deep Tissue massage and acupressure points to create a perfect balance of refreshment and relaxation to further relax the muscles and promote flexibility. 
• Cupping Therapy Massage - Cupping therapy is one of the oldest and most effective method of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs. is also known as vacuum cupping which the therapist puts special cups on the skin to create suction. This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area. Enhanced blood flow under the cups draws impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues and organs towards the surface for elimination,including to help with pain,inflammation,blood flow,relaxtion and well-being.
